Well I have to tell you, I once was a really bad cases of over-thinker! I was constantly in my head, locked in worry and fear. I had done tons of work on myself, but still my mind would not be at peace. 

I tried meditation, hoping it would help, but in my case (and this might seem controversial) meditation didn’t help at all! I would sit down and my mind would still wonder and worry about the next task I had to do, or go over what happened the day before. It was quite frustrating actually.

A different approach is needed 

I realised that I needed a different approach, one that would allow me to get me out of fear, worry and overwhelm and to centre myself in my heart. 

I developed a completely new and unique system, and this system worked, even if I had spent more  than three decades living in worry and fear.

My life completely transformed in ways I didn’t even know were possible. I started to experience a level of peace, presence and flow that I never experienced before in my life - with the exception of some distant childhood memories. And if this was possible for me, it is certainly possible for you too. 

This transformation is so powerful that I feel that I cannot keep it for myself! I wish for as many people as possible to benefit from it. This course is perfect if you have a busy schedule, because it is a short course (7 video lessons in total with related exercises) and the videos are only 10 to 20 minutes long.

They are on-demand videos which you can watch when you find a little time, and they contain activations and tools that you can practice right away, while watching the videos, resulting in rapid and powerful shifts in your life. 

The techniques themselves take 1 to 2 minutes to practice, and give you tools that you can implement throughout your day, exactly when you need them to keep you centred, balanced and peaceful.

What if this is too difficult/complicated for me?

The activations and tools shared in this course are simple, easy to understand, and easy to implement. This is why they are so powerful. Complicated techniques are actually not effective!

What if this was just the same old self-help content that I have come across before?

How is this course different from meditation?

Although meditation brings lots of benefits, not all types of meditation work for everyone.

Mindfulness meditation, for example, is based on the concept of observing your mind, and the risk with that approach is staying in the mind in order to observe the mind, rather than centring ourselves in our heart.

In addition, many of my clients share that with their mindfulness practice they end up judging themselves the thoughts they have, keeping them stuck in a cycle of self blame.

This Mini Course is based on techniques that are unique and radically different, in that they get you out of your mind and into your centre, your heart and your truth.

These tools are shared through “activations”, which have the power to awaken your own inner truth and to re-resonate your system into an energy of balance, peace and flow.

Here is how this mini course is different than meditation...

  • Faster. The tools in this course work much faster than meditation: they can be practiced in one to two minutes, and result in powerful and lasting shifts in your consciousness and energy.
  • Does not require years of practice. Unlike meditation, these tools don’t have to be practiced for extended periods of time before seeing any actual results, but allow you to obtain real tangible shifts right away.
  • It keeps you centred through the day.   • A summary of old techniques that you have heard before

Yes definitely! You can absolutely watch the videos and practice the tools at your own pace. The videos are recorded so you can watch them when it suits you.

I am not familiar with this work: what if it’s too difficult?

The tools and activations that I share in the course are powerful but they are simple. Our true nature is simple, and these tools allow you to re-align to your true nature with ease and flow. Even if you haven’t experienced activations before, you can certainly benefit from them fully.

Are the videos live? What if I cannot attend?

The videos are recorded so you can watch them when it suits you.

I am not a meditator, will this work for me?

Yes! In fact this course is radically different than meditation, as it is based on activation and techniques that will shift your consciousness and rebalance your system in a much faster way. 

I am not spiritual, will this work for me?

Yes! These techniques are based on the way our mind works, and aim to rebalance our natural and physiological state of being, where the mind is in total harmony with the heart and the body. You can, if you choose to, integrate these practices with your own spirituality if you have a spiritual practice. If you don’t, they will be effective nevertheless. My clients and students are from different religious or spiritual backgrounds, and even the ones who do not consider themselves spiritual see powerful results.

How long will it take me to go through the course?

The course contains 4 modules and 7 video lessons. If you choose to watch one 10 to 20 minutes video lesson a day, it will take you one week, however you can choose to go through the course at a faster or slower pace that suits you.

Can I apply what I learn in my life? Is this just theory?

This course is not  theoretical, it is a practical course that results in real shifts in your consciousness and in the way you relate to your own mind.

When you watch the videos, you expose yourself to energies and vibrations that activate the truth and balance in your being, resulting in real shifts in your life. In addition, you will also find practices that will help you implement the tools that you learn in the video, and integrate the activations, so that having an harmonious mind and living in your heart becomes your new, default way of being.

I have tried meditation and other methods but they didn’t work for me: what if this course work won’t for me either?

This system is totally different from meditation. I developed the tools and processes contained in the course exactly because other techniques like meditation did not work for me.

These methods do not require meditation or focus or concentration, because they work on a totally different level. Rather than engaging the mind by concentrating on one point of focus or by becoming the observer of the mind like in mindfulness, the tools contained in the course totally bypass the mind by activating the heart, and by re-establishing an harmonious heart-mind relationship.
